The LMA team provides the professional support which incorporates a thorough knowledge of codes, general physically handicapped codes, planning criteria and scheduling. Each project undertaken is individually designed, coordinated and supervised by the principal architect. This structuring insures that decisions relating to the project can be made immediately to meet the demands of the project schedule coupled with a complete understanding of the critical nature of delivering the project within the budget constraints.
Our services also include interiors, programming, master planning, zoning assistance, cost models, design concept, historic preservation, marketing materials, feasibility studies, Americans with Disabilities (ADA) upgrading, final design, construction documents and project observation. The Firm has the capability and has completed projects through conventional bidding, design-build, construction management and turn-key methods.
The Firm operates from professional offices located at 52 West Union Street, Kingston and 209 East Broad Street, Hazleton, Pennsylvania. These offices include spaces for drafting, CAD area, conferencing, interiors library, secretarial support, marketing development and employee facilities.
